We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and that rooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in the cleaning of common areas as needed, including hallways and lobbies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and housekeeping management is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and hospitality standards will be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
