Seeking a friendly and professional associate with excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills. Hourly Management Position.
Job Responsibilities: Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel while following Health Department and Brand guidelines, promotes safety, good emloyee and guest relations.
Skill Requirements: Able to maintain inventory and control costs, select and train a motivated and skilled staff, ability to effectively communicate, maintains a positive, cooperative work environment, assist in laundry when needed. Responds to guest needs promptly to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction experience.
Physical Requirements: Standing long periods of time, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, kneeling, and stooping as needed.
Education: Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
