Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items including fruit, pastries, cereals, coffee, and juices
- Set up and maintain buffet stations with food, beverages, and serving utensils
- Bus, clean, and reset tables throughout the breakfast period
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and provide local information or assistance
- Monitor food safety standards and cleanliness throughout service
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Supportive Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory and supply ordering for breakfast items
- Return reusable foods to storage and clean all machines and equipment
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security protocols
- Support the Complimentary Breakfast Cook as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Must meet any state/local food handling or safety certifications

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
