Essential Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms/suites according to Home2 & Tru by Hilton Airport Medical Center standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows/tracks.
- Report rooms as clean and available to ensure timely check-in for arriving guests.
- Identify and report maintenance issues to keep guest rooms in optimal condition.
- Remove used linens/towels and restock fresh supplies as needed.
- Check and restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies for the day’s tasks.
- Engage with guests in a warm and hospitable manner, addressing any special requests such as additional amenities or service adjustments.
- Ensure all guest amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels, and in-room items) are replenished and properly arranged according to brand standards and specifications.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Supportive Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and informative customer service by assisting guests with hotel information and services.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Hilton’s cleanliness standards.
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including lifting/moving heavy items (e.g., housekeeping carts, linen bags, vacuums).
- Comfortable using cleaning tools such as vacuums, brooms, and spray bottles.
- Ability to read and recognize room numbers to efficiently navigate the hotel.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision.
- Commitment to safety and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
