What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Home2 Suites?
- Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
- Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities.
- Be able to multitask with guest infront of you and on the phone.
- Take payment from our guest using an electronic credit card machine.
- Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner. Try to remedy the situation
- Be able to speak confidently and be approachable at all times.
- Work with other staff members to ensure open communication with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Experience with Hilton, PEP and Quore a plus and encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
