Night Audit Agent
Job Description:
The Night Audit Agent is responsible for providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests while managing the nightly operations of the front desk. The night audit Agent is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, answering questions regarding the property. The nigh audit Agent will also be responsible for checking guests in and out, maintaining the front lobby area including guest rooms and public areas, and assisting guests with problems or concerns.
Essential Functions:
·Greet all guests as they enter.
·Answer phones to provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
·Respond to guest complaints by providing appropriate alternatives and solutions; escalate complaints when necessary to ensure resolution.
·Maintain checklists and follow procedures to ensure accuracy of guest reservations, payments, and tickets.
·Inventory, stock, and restocks hotel front lobby areas including: reception area, gift shop, public areas, and public restrooms.
·Clean, dust, polish, and sanitize all surfaces to maintain a high level of comfort in the guest rooms.
·Check reservations and other guest information into computer system.
·Assist other departments as needed.
Run all night audit procedures accurately
·Maintain regular cleaning schedules (i.e., vacuuming floors throughout the day; mopping floors throughout the day; cleaning bathrooms throughout the day).
·Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
·Ability to communicate effectively with others, especially with customers and vendors.
·Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where time management is critical.
·Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment with a high degree of urgency and resolution speed.
