The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for property owners and tenants. By fostering strong, positive relationships and ensuring the seamless management of properties, the CSM directly impacts customer satisfaction and the financial performance of the rental units managed by Home365.

In this role, you'll be supported by a dedicated network of maintenance vendors, local taskers, the billing team, and R&D professionals. You'll also have access to cutting-edge tools to monitor customer satisfaction and property performance, enabling you to stay proactive and responsive to the needs of owners and tenants in your region.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The Customer Success Manager will deliver exceptional service by engaging in one or more of the following key areas daily:

  • Owner Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through consistent, proactive communication and personalized support.
    • Guide owners seamlessly through onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.
    • Proactively manage assigned portfolios to optimize satisfaction and ensure ownership goals are achieved.

  • Resident Relations
    • Oversee the leasing process, including listing, pricing, and reviewing resident applications, to ensure smooth and transparent experiences for all parties.
    • Facilitate efficient and positive move-out experiences that leave a lasting impression of professionalism and care.
    • Manage delinquency and eviction processes with sensitivity and adherence to best practices, minimizing stress for all involved.
    • Coordinate timely lease renewals, ensuring residents feel valued and supported throughout the process.
    • Oversee the Security Deposit Disposition process with diligence, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring fairness for all parties.
  • Property Relations
    • Collaborate with vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations, enhancing the overall customer experience.
    • Maintain compliance for the assigned region, including handling filings, disclosures, inspections, and closing dates, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear, professional, and empathetic interactions.
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Proven time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
    • Analytical and problem-solving expertise to resolve challenges promptly and effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • A track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
