The Property Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational success, and financial performance while managing rental units remotely within their region. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage staff, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and tenant retention.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Turnovers: Ensure quick, cost-effective repairs and turnovers to minimize downtime
- Communication & Response Times: Maintain fast response times to owners, tenants, and vendors to resolve issues quickly
- Occupancy & Leasing: Keep vacancies to a minimum through strategic marketing, efficient leasing, and proactive tenant retention
- Churn: Keep owner churn to a minimum
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all properties adhere to local laws and regulations while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead the regional team, hire and train staff, and foster a results-driven culture
- Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities and improve operations
- Reporting & Analysis: Track performance and analyze data to optimize effectiveness
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control expenses, reduce delinquencies, and drive profitability.
Requirements
- 5 years in property management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Must have - experience leading a team of
- customer service (owner and tenant)
- maintenance coordinators
- vendors and technicians
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of property management regulations and compliance requirements.
