With incredible demand across the country, we have an immediate need for an Inside Sales Associate to work out of the Las Vegas HQ.

You will work directly with the Head of Sales, along with a fun and collaborative team to teach you both sales AND real estate investing at the same time.

What You’ll Do:
â Engage with warm leads (inbound & outbound) and convert them into qualified opportunities
â Educate potential customers on real estate investment strategies and Home365’s platform.
â Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals and present tailored solutions.
â Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track interactions in our CRM.
â Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
â Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We're Looking For:
â 3 years of inside sales experience (real estate, SaaS, or investment-related sales is a plus).
â Driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset – You love closing deals.
â Excellent communication skills – You can build rapport and handle objections with ease.
â Ability to learn quickly – Interest in real estate investing and technology is a big plus.
â Highly organized – You can manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
