Job Description:
- Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families
- Create and implement treatment plans through the use of our practice management system software
- Knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field
- Excellent communication and people skills/ aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
- Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes and session notes
- Coordinate, train, and supervise BTs/ RBTs and parents; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection and graph/monitor progress through visual analysis
