Position Description and Qualifications :
Qualifications : Master's degree plus certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). LABA required
Job Description :
- Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families
- Create and implement treatment plans through the use of our practice management software.
- Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.
- Excellent communication and people skills / aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
- Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred
BCBA Essential Responsibilities :
Must be eligible to work in the US no sponsorships.
No relocation offered.
Compensation :
Hourly rate : $60-$80 / hour
Physical Requirements :
Sitting, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, stretching, standing and computer work
Salary : $60 - $80
