About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Director to join our team and drive growth through optimized marketing technology stacks, automation systems, and data infrastructure. As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless integrations, data accuracy, and scalability across ad platforms and tools.
About You
- 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude (or similar tools), CDPs (Amplitude CDP, Hightouch, Segment or similar), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows and lifecycle marketing programs that span multiple functions and systems
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta CAPI, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), and first-party data strategies
