The day to day responsibilities for this position include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide an experience that best serves their needs.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services to clients.
- Skillfully persuade clients to take advantage of free services available to them.
An ideal candidate:
- Possesses superior phone presence and oral communication skills
- Is a terrific listener
- Approaches every call with a smile, and brings positive energy to each conversation with clients
- Demonstrates motivation, determination and perseverance
- Maintains a high level of personal and professional organization
- Expresses a desire to deliver results that will generate sales and revenue (without being directly responsible for selling)
- Uses critical thinking and problem solving strategies to overcome obstacles
Qualifications -
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Experience in outbound calling is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry and customer service
- Sales experience or upselling skills are desirable
- Analytical skills for problem-solving
- Multilingual abilities would be advantageous

Pay: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
