The day to day responsibilities for this position include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of products or services to clients.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements with clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets on a regular basis.
An ideal candidate:
- Possesses superior phone presence and oral communication skills
- Demonstrates motivation, determination and perseverance
- Maintains a high level of personal and professional organization
- Expresses a desire for a career in sales
- Uses critical thinking and problem solving strategies to overcome obstacles
- Maintain and regularly update customer records in the CRM and other internal systems to ensure accuracy, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationship management
- Dayshift with rotating evening shifts with occasional Saturdays.
