Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst with experience in creating and maintaining internal business operation reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design intuitive dashboards and tools that streamline internal workflows and reporting. This position requires the candidate to work on-site at the InspectionGo headquarters located in Tyrone, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Report Creation and Maintenance:
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools using RETOOL (and other tools as needed) to meet business needs.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Develop queries and scripts to retrieve, clean, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Process Optimization:
- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using RETOOL and integrate with APIs and databases.
- Implement efficient and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Data Integration:
- Connect RETOOL to various data sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Partner with teams across departments to provide training and support on RETOOL applications.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving data/reporting issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in building dashboards and internal tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly) is a plus.
- Experience with APIs and integrating third-party applications into RETOOL workflows.
- Experience with HTML and Javascript is a bonus.
Experience:
- Experience in a data analyst or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of creating actionable dashboards and tools for internal operations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
As this is a Junior Data Analyst in our organization, compensation for this position is commensurate with experience.
