About the Role
HomeBinder is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead one of our high-performing sales teams. In this role, you’ll drive business growth, foster a strong team culture, and set the standard for excellence in sales execution. You'll balance individual sales performance with leadership responsibilities, ensuring team success through coaching, mentorship, and strategic oversight.
This position requires a minimum 50-hour work week, with flexibility for extended hours during evenings and weekends.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Excellence
- Set the Standard: Follow the HomeBinder Assistant (HBA) sales process, manage meetings effectively, and close sales successfully.
- Achieve Revenue Per Meeting (RPM) Goals: Maintain an RPM of $10 over the monthly team target.
- Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Strategy: Manage your sales pipeline while collaborating on market-driven strategies.
Leadership & Management
- Performance Oversight: Align team results with company goals, analyzing KPIs to drive improvements.
- Strategic Growth: Work with leadership to develop and execute plans that enhance team performance.
- Address Underperformance: Collaborate with sales leadership to implement targeted development plans.
Coaching & Development
- Optimize Productivity: Foster habits that maximize efficiency and minimize distractions.
- Review & Feedback: Listen to at least two sales calls daily, providing actionable coaching.
- Lead by Example: Work at least two extended shifts per week to oversee operations and mentor the team.

Performance Expectations
- Exceed Revenue & Coaching Goals: Surpass team RPM goals by at least $10 while ensuring their RPM goals are met.
- Stay on Top of Orders & Tasks: Maintain a clear view of team progress and collaborate with Sales or Processing teams as needed.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide a summary of actions, identified challenges, progress, and team accountability in a 30-minute Monday meeting with the Director of Sales.

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Base Salary: $60,000 per year
Commission:
