Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Recruiter to join our team at HomeBinder. In this role, you will focus on scaling and strengthening our sales organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the continued expansion of our sales team, ensuring that we have the right people in place to drive the growth of HomeBinder. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, create effective recruiting strategies, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute innovative strategies to identify and source qualified sales candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Recruiting Strategy: Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement and Training and other sales leaders to define hiring needs, roles, and expectations. Proactively forecast and plan for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with HomeBinder’s culture. Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, sales leadership, and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview feedback. Provide regular updates on candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Employer Branding: Represent HomeBinder as an employer of choice to potential candidates. Help promote HomeBinder’s mission, culture, and values to attract the best and brightest in the sales field.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency. Use data to continually optimize the recruiting process.
- Onboarding Support: Once candidates are hired, assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the sales organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales or business development roles.
- Strong understanding of the sales function, including knowledge of sales processes, metrics, and terminology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to evaluate candidates’ sales skills and potential, leveraging both behavioral and situational interview techniques.
- Experience with recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping people find the right career opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
