WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role involves working in a team environment to accurately process and pack bakery products according to customer orders. Employees will assemble and palletize orders, erect boxes, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. The position requires standing, walking, bending, and using hands to handle and assemble baked goods and packaging materials. Basic proficiency in identifying products by sight and following food safety guidelines is essential. Flexibility to assist in various production areas and adapt to changing tasks is also required.
COMPENSATON:
$19.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process/pack bakery products to order, per the displayed order schedule.
- Erecting boxes and palletizing orders
- Assemble client baked goods orders
- Assemble boxes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in maintaining product integrity following company mission
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of work area
- Develop a working knowledge of all production areas and order processing
- Comply and follow company food safety and workplace safety policies
- Identify various product forms by sight
- Be flexible and assist in other areas of production as needed/requested
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, read and writing and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 35lbs
- Ability to stand long period of times
