Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator will manage all client and caregiver scheduling needs. This includes ensuring adequate coverage, minimizing timesheet issues, and helping train aides on how to properly use the clock-in system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage caregiver schedules
- Communicate regularly with aides and clients to confirm availability and care needs
- Call aides daily to remind them to clock in
- Track and limit the number of manual timesheets (maximum of 15 per year per aide, must be submitted within 48 hours)
- Assist aides with clock-in system setup and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with case coordinators after authorization is received to get clients set up
- Follow up on call-outs, missed shifts, and ensure coverage is maintained
- Document all scheduling changes and communication
- Work closely with the office team to ensure seamless service delivery
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Prior experience in home care or scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload

- Tech-savviness with scheduling software or willingness to learn
Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
