QUALIFICATIONS:
· Able to perform all job functions in a reliable, professional, and compassionate manner
- Must be Certified as a Home Health Aide/STNA/CNA
- Must meet the health requirements of the Agency
· Must pass a criminal background check
· Must be able to travel to cases assigned
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Caregiver has been trained to provide and maintain the physical and emotional comfort of their client and will assist the client towards living independently and safely in the comfort of their own home.
Some personal care activities include but are not limited to standby and hands-on assistance with hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Light housekeeping, medication reminders, laundry, and meal prep and planning are also included.
A caregiver must be able to assess a situation and report emergencies and/or changes in condition.
Reports to the Administrator/Scheduling Coordinator.
