Lead Caregiver Job Opening
The Caregiver Trainer assists in the growth of the home care business by assisting caregivers with their growth and development. The Caregiver Trainer coaches, trains, and assists in various classroom and client-facing situations. Caregiver Trainer elevates the privilege of caregiving within the home care organization.
Qualities of a Lead Care Advocate
- CNA, LPN or similar certification
- 1 years of caregiving experience and/or background in geriatrics
- Kind, compassionate, trustworthy, competent, and enthusiastic
Core Job Duties
- Teaches Caregiver training classes
- Assists with Caregiver onboarding
- First shift introductions with new families and clients
- Client Care meetings and consultations
- Development of the training calendar
-Rotating weekend call
Salary
