Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Our business is locally owned and operated by Omaha natives, who have a passion for helping seniors age in place. We want our Caregivers to know that they are a valuable part of our team, and we are always here to support them throughout their Caregiving journey!
* $16.00-$17.00 per hour
* Holiday pay, incentives, competitive wages
* Our valued employees receive flexible hours, a variety of shifts (day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts). Our caregivers are always treated with kindness and respect.
* Caregivers will follow a pre planned daily care schedule, one on one, in their client's home.
* No experience needed. We offer paid training to all Caregivers, which will cover all of the following responsibilities.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Assist with non-medical hygiene personal care, (bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating)
- Medication reminders
- Ensure the client’s home is organized and tidy
- Assist with some light housework and meal preparation
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
- Mobility assistance (helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair)
- Transport or escort the client to medical and other appointments/errands
- Monitor and report changes in physical needs and mental behavior
Caregiver Requirements:
- Must be 19 years or older
- A High School Diploma is preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage
- A professional and friendly attitude
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Enjoy helping people!
