What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations in your region to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Create and roll out strategies to boost client satisfaction and streamline services.
Lead and support your team of healthcare pros, helping them hit their goals and grow.
Ensure everything stays compliant with industry standards and company policies.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and hospitals to help grow the business.
Keep an eye on regional performance, spot any issues, and take action to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
3 years of experience in management or leadership role—homecare industry experience is a big plus.
Solid understanding of how healthcare staffing works, including the key rules and regulations.
Great communication and people skills—you know how to connect with both clients and your team.
Comfortable digging into data and using it to drive smart decisions.
Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time – In office
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
