Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Standby assistance
- Toileting
- Medication Reminders
Notes: Client needs hands on assistance with bathing and dressing. Needs some assistance with hygiene/grooming. Client loves grilled cheese and eats them almost every day. Client has severe spinal stenosis which inhibits their ability to walk.
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
