Pay: $29.00/hr
Schedule: Thursdays 10a-2p

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Standby assistance
- Toileting
Notes: Client has Dementia, needs thorough assistance with a bed bath, toileting assistance with adult diapers/changing pads. Client is on a soft food diet.
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
- CNA, GNA or CMT Required
