Schedule: Mon, Tue 7a-11a & 3p-7p, Sun 10a-6p

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Standby assistance
- Toileting
- Medication Reminder
Notes: Client has 2 dogs in the home. Client has Alzheimer's and has progressed to being mostly non-verbal. Assistance with getting client to the toilet
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
