What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Homecare COMPANIONS?
Seeking a responsible, highly organized team player to work fulltime at our front desk. Hours will be Monday through Friday 8-4 with an after hours and weekend rotation to answer phones 2 weeks per month. Applicant must be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have a solid work history and maintain excellent attendance. Applicant must be friendly, reliable and self-motivated.
Must have the ability to adhere to ethical and legal standards related to HIPAA, while demonstrating professional characteristics. Preferable that applicant has a medical background and/or previous medical office or scheduling experience. Applicant must be proficient in general computer use and have excellent phone etiquette. Must be able to work as a team in a small, close-knit office.
Administrative and clinical responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling, administrative support and various office duties all while providing excellent service and care to our caregivers and our clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
