We have an opening for a Designated Manager who can answer yes to these questions. We create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to lead a team that is caring for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking a Designated Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Designated Manager Benefits :

Competitive pay range of $48,000 base salary commission structure weekly bonus pool

Paid earned vacation and travel allowances

Mileage reimbursement

Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation coverage, and unemployment insurance.

Healthcare premium subsidy (marketplace or concierge)

Designated Manager Responsibilities :

Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business

Maintain positive relationships / communication with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers

Implement annual business, operational and compliance plans and budgets

Leadership for entire office team

Strive to achieve or exceed business and financial performance

Recruiting, onboarding and scheduling caregivers

Client assessments

Assist Liaison officer with marketing

Designated Manager Requirements :

Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred

Education – Advanced degree (Associates or Bachelors) preferred not required.

Skills – Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team while creating a positive, caring and winning culture (which is the heart of the franchise owners)!
