What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Sales Associate position at Homecoming Honolulu?
We are looking for new girlies to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a talkative, motivated team player, possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have strong problem-solving abilities. In addition, we would prefer someone with at least six months of retail experience, preferably in a sales specific or key holder role. The person we hire will primarily be responsible sales and customer support as well as occasionally ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties correctly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. The successful candidate will also be expected to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to employees.
- Delegate tasks to employees as needed.
- Monitor the daily operations of the business.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
