JOB PURPOSE
This position supports the sales staff with a variety of ongoing support activities.
Essential Functions And Other Duties
- Sales administration support, pricing management and vendor set-up (core and lifestyle), MAP policy execution
- Sample management for sales and retail support execution
- Retail events and in-store merchandising execution.
- Marketing support and retail asset management
- Store visits and checks
- Interacts with internal team members and customers
- General administrative support and scheduling functions

- Energetic and outgoing
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized
- Strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and change directions quickly
- BA/BS degree minimum required.
- 1-2 years sale support experience with products sold at retail. Industry experience a plus.
- Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Traditional work environment - The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal
- Travel to shows (1-3 times a year)
- Extended hours on rare occasion
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required to perform this job include close and distant vision.
- Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds
