Overview
As a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse and member of our PRN Float Pool, you will be responsible for administering skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse Services.
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license within the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience in private duty, home health, hospice, hospital or skilled nursing facility; previous private duty / home healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
