Role Description
This is a PRN role for an Occupational Therapist at HomeFirst Home Healthcare located in Centreville, AL. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients in their homes, creating treatment plans, evaluating patients' progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Medicine skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with adult and geriatric patients
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a home healthcare setting is a plus
- OASIS experience is a plus
