The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing our daily administrative and operational tasks, as well as providing direct executive support to our CEO. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multitasking and handling a wide array of responsibilities.
Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
Duties
- Manage executive's calendars and set up meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Handle executive's email
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles
- Proficient in phone systems, administrative tasks, typing, and filing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar), Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
