Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Analytics and technology Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing customer interactions, identifying trends, and optimizing service operations to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The intern will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various customer service touchpoints, including call center metrics, survey responses, and digital interactions. They will work closely with the Customer Experience and Analytics teams to generate insights that drive process improvements, improve response times, and enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities : Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and analyze customer experience data to identify trends and insights. Reporting : Create dashboards and reports to present findings to stakeholders. Customer Feedback Insights : Analyze surveys, reviews, and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Performance Metrics Tracking : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and engagement. Collaborative Problem Solving : Work with cross-functional teams to recommend data-driven improvements to enhance customer experience. Basic understanding of Marketing : Understands Customer Experience as a service; Data analytics Qualifications : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, technology, or a related field. Comfortable exploring unfamiliar technology platforms Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
