The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. Multiple concepts, multiple locations, one big family!

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and motivating the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional results.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
- Oversee inventory control, food ordering, and cost management.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing dishes.
- Streamline kitchen operations, improve efficiency, and maximize productivity.
- Ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen exceeds guest expectations.
- Proficient in utilizing restaurant management systems, including Restaurant365, ADP, Toast/Lightspeed, and scheduling software.
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior supervisory experience in a kitchen setting.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control.
- Culinary degree or certificate.
