YOUR IMPACT As our Director of Human Resources & Talent Development , you'll be a strategic business partner managing HR, payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance. You'll design and implement HR programs that support business objectives, strengthen company culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws-all while helping our team members thrive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HR Strategy & Compliance - Develop policies, ensure legal compliance (FMLA, wage laws, EEOC), and drive a culture of integrity and inclusion.
Talent Acquisition & Retention - Attract top-tier hospitality talent through innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration - Oversee payroll processes, manage benefits programs, and ensure compliance with wage & hour regulations.
Training & Development - Design and implement leadership development programs, new hire onboarding, and ongoing employee training.
Employee Relations & Engagement - Be the go-to HR leader for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
