Taco Mundo Kitchen y Cantina is now hiring an FOH Salary Manager
The Homegrown Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced FOH Salary Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager who can inspire and motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experience, and drive operational efficiency.
The Homegrown Hospitality Group consists of 9 different business concepts and over 15 locations located throughout South Carolina in Charleston, Columbia, and Myrtle Beach. Multiple concepts, multiple locations, one big family!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and train FOH staff.
- Develop and implement effective training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Oversee daily FOH operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and control labor costs and food and beverage expenses.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Train staff in proper guest service techniques.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience.
- Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Proficient in utilizing restaurant management systems, including Restaurant365, Paycor, Toast, and scheduling software.
- Leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
SALARY RANGE
$45,000 - $65,000 / Salary Annual
