We have served customers, including for-profit businesses, schools, state and local governments, non-profit organizations, and underserved communities since 2002. We partner with state and local governments and schools to provide essential wellness and vaccination services at no cost to low-income individuals. We increase health service accessibility by offering services in trusted community-safe spaces. We are passionate about meeting the needs of underserved populations by meeting them where they are. We currently provide a variety of services, including routine vaccinations for children and adults, COVID-19 vaccinations, flu vaccinations, biometric screenings (blood pressure, glucose and lipid checks, A1C testing), vision screenings, TB screenings, COVID-19 testing, and other laboratory and blood testing services.

Position Overview:

The Client Services Representative manages customer relationships while supporting office operations, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
  • Coordinate clinic bookings, staffing, fulfillment, data requests, and customer satisfaction tasks.
  • Enter and manage customer data in Homeland Health systems.
  • Assist with online scheduling and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones and maintaining operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the CEO on assigned tasks and projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Some college education is preferred, with 2–4 years of relevant experience; knowledge of medical office operations is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 lbs. comfortably.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional verbal and written communication. Ability to maintain patience, confidentiality (HIPAA compliance), and a positive demeanor in customer interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.

Working Conditions:

This full-time position reports directly to the Account Manager and supports the Account Management team. The role may involve fluctuating workloads due to seasonal demands. Candidates should proactively communicate and seek support to manage priorities effectively. This is an in-person/office position.

Dress Code:

  • Casual office attire. Business casual attire is expected for customer meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary: $40k - $50k/yr

Opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on individual and company performance

First-year employees receive 2 weeks of PTO, with the opportunity for increases based on tenure with the company

Overview:

Hours per week/FTE: 40 hours weekly / 1.0 FTE

Job Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, with occasional evening or weekend shifts during the company’s busy season in September and October

Position Type: Full-time position, at-will employee, exempt
