Homeland Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Part-time HUD Apartment Leasing Manager, overseeing operations at an apartment complex in Jasper, IN.
Position Details:
- 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- No night shifts, no weekends

Role Overview:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of tenant relations and property management, including:
- Managing maintenance requests, tenant concerns, and lease retention strategies
- Handling extensive and time-sensitive paperwork efficiently
- Engaging prospective tenants through calls, emails, and property tours
- Marketing available units via the property’s social media presence (Facebook)
- Overseeing maintenance operations, including unit turnovers, cleaning, and inspections
- Recording payments (accounts receivable), processing invoices (accounts payable), and maintaining tenant records
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong administrative, sales, and customer service experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
