Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join their high-performing sales team. This role is a key part of the sales model, driving growth and expanding the company’s reach in the scrap metal industry. As a Business Development Representative, you will develop a deep understanding of the metal recycling industry and our client’s innovative software solution. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming an essential global industry by helping businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities
- Create and develop new business opportunities to drive growth
- Partner with Account Executives to meet monthly sales quotas
- Engage metal recycling professionals via phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and present solutions
- Execute and refine outbound sales strategies for new SaaS products in the scrap yard industry
- Build, test, and improve sales operations to support revenue growth
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and revenue goals
- Represent company values and contribute to a strong team culture
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS, preferably in software sales
- Proven track record of individual sales performance
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce, G-Suite, email automation, and other sales tools
- Experience selling into industrial sectors is a plus
