Job Summary
Homeland has partnered with a state-of-the-art healthcare network, who is now hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC) to join the team. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide age-specific direct patient care. You will ensure that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit’s standards of care.
The NAC demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization. You will show adaptability to evolving systems, with a commitment to quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice, treating the staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- NAC Certification from the State of Washington
- AHA HCP (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Six months or more experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
