Job Responsibilities
Consult with individuals and businesses to assess their health insurance needs.
Educate clients on Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans, Medicare, employer-sponsored plans, and private health insurance options.
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
Stay up to date with state and federal health insurance regulations.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Licensed Health Insurance Broker (or willingness to obtain a license, training available).
Experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or consulting is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of ACA, Medicare, and private insurance plans (or willingness to learn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable using CRM systems and online enrollment platforms (preferred but not required).
