HomeLife on Glynco a senior living community is seeking an experienced office/marketing manager. This position will be a part of the management team and serves as the right hand person to the Executive Director. They are the primary point of contact for human resources, marketing, and ready to assist with other key roles within the community. Ensures timely and accurate submission of biweekly payroll processing, schedule new hire orientation, schedule training classes and ensure certifications are up to date, document change in positions and terminations. Responds to the needs of residents, families and visitors by providing immediate and courteous assistance. Assists with special projects. Participates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation. Maintains a professional appearance. Associate degree or above. Experience 2 - 3 years of related experience preferred. Valid Driver's License and good driving record. Must have strong computer skills in Word and Excel, excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication. Must be organized, attentive to detail and possess a positive, friendly and professional demeanor. Must be flexible with changing priorities and communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner. Must desire to work with seniors and persons with dementia.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
