Role Description
We’re seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Tigard, OR. This individual will lead sales operations across multiple HOMEMASTERS franchise locations, ensuring effective implementation of sales processes to track and report on sales efforts. The Sales Manager will provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team on a weekly basis, driving performance and helping the team achieve their goals.They will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new lead generation strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team across multiple franchise locations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to optimize performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales efforts and outcomes.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and meet sales targets.
- Identify new lead generation opportunities and oversee their execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
- Strong skills in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to exceed performance goals.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
- The OTE (On-Target-Earnings) for the role is $160,000
- This includes a $60k based 1% commission of gross sales ($10M sales goal)
- Commission is uncapped
