Client Account Manager
Homeport Stays is seeking a disciplined, results-driven Client Account Manager to service our current clients and associated prospective leads. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter, who thrives in a small business environment.
The Client Account Manager will be responsible for:
· Assuming ownership of specific Homeport Stays client accounts in terms of responding to incoming sales requests and securing reservations.
· Diligently sourcing the best options available for client requests.
· Thoroughly developing and presenting sales quotes with accuracy, strategy and optimal efficiency so quick deadlines are met.
· Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines at once and prioritize strategically.
· Comfortable working with numbers and detail-oriented.
· Comfortable sitting at a computer sometimes for several hours, to effectively manage and respond to incoming requests under tight deadlines.
· Able to effectively learn and utilize internal and external systems and technology.
· Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills, tracking and follow up.
· A positive, professional, kind and empathetic attitude that is customer-centric.
