We are Homepro Roofing and Restoration and we are hiring to size our sales team before this storm season. We are a powerhouse in the roofing and home restoration industry. We are hiring new and experienced salespeople to sell roofing and home restoration projects in the Longview area. Did you know there are over 1000 roofing companies registered in Longview? We understanding starting a new position is difficult. We offer a $5500 performance base training pay for completing minimum requirements of the training process.

After completion we will take you to the field to show you step by step what you need to master to be successful in this position. We help you hit your marks putting you OnTrack of your on target earnings.

o We are a 10/50/50 company. Transparent with our labor and material costs and a 50/50 split on profit after overhead on jobs with the salesperson. We are a door to door company but after you have learned the sales cycle you will have the opportunity to receive appointments set online and door to door assigned to you.

Your presentations will be prepared and reviewed before you have to present them. We use industry-leading technology to compile data and present it in a way that provides a second-to-none customer experience.

Responsibilities

• A go-getter mentality

A lot of people talk about wanting that chance to truly get paid for their time and effort. We can give you all the tools you need, but you still have to show up and get after it. We’ll help support the positive habits and mindset it takes to do that.

• Perform roof inspections—first with your trainer, then independently.
• Have reliable transportation to get to the office and to homeowners’ homes to help them with their needs.
• Show up to scheduled team events and opportunities.
• Commit to your training and application of the tools and technology needed to succeed in your position. We are fully electronic that means organized and efficient—no spreadsheets, no paperwork unless requested by homeowner.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. We will teach you how to take care of your customers. As your customer base grows, it doesn’t die in this industry As long as a homeowner owns a home in the area they will need a roofer. Your customer and referral base is going to compound year after year in this position. We will show you how to manage and take advantage of that
