Job Purpose
The General Manager (GM) of Bryant Electrical Services is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the business. This role involves leading the company's day-to-day activities, developing new builder relationships, growing top line revenue, ensuring the efficient delivery of electrical services, managing resources, and maintaining profitability. The GM will develop and implement strategies for growth, business development, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control. The GM will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to drive the company's vision forward, optimize performance, and expand market presence.

- Business Development Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Bryant Electric’s Business Development team to secure new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential homebuilders in the Houston area.
- Act as the primary contact for client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety guidelines.
- Foster a culture of compliance and safety within the team.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve long-term goals for Bryant Electrical Services.
- Monitor market trends to inform operational strategies.
- 5 years in the residential electrical industry, with experience working with residential homebuilders in Houston, Texas.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing operations as well as a sales team.
- Strong understanding of business development and client relationship management.
- Financial acumen, including budget management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the Spring, Texas residential construction market.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
