Your Role as an Electrical Production Manager
Conduct debriefing sessions with subcontractors upon job completion to ensure all work meets HomePros quality standards.
Coordinate and schedule prewire and trim activities for high voltage electrical projects.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all jobrelated activities including labor lines material usage and job progress.
Oversee the onboarding process for new subcontractors including reviewing qualifications training on HomePros standards and procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure all job information including labor lines materials used and job specifics is accurately recorded and updated in the companys database.
