Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Controller at Homer City Redevelopment LLC. The Project Controller will be responsible for day-to-day project tracking, budget management, project reporting, and coordinating with project teams. Some work from home may be acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Blairsville, PA with occasional time needed onsite 5 miles away.
Qualifications
- Reporting, Budget Management, and Project Tracking skills
- Knowledge of MSAs, Contracts, Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Orders
- Experience in coordinating with project teams
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in project management
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
