Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / property manager to maintain a large house and yard. The ideal candidate will have experience in general home maintenance, light repairs, and outdoor upkeep. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and address maintenance needs efficiently while ensuring the property remains in top condition year-round.
Work Schedule :
- 2.5-3 days per week, 8 hour work day. If full time desired, we can share with another neighbor who is also looking for similar help.
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for urgent repairs or special projects.
